Answer : Find the curved surface area.
             = 2πrh = 2 x 3.14 x 3 x 4 = 75.36.
 
Answer : Find the total surface area.
             = 2πr [h + r] = 2 . 3.14 . 3[4 + 3] = 6.28 x 3[7] = 6.28 x 21 = 131.88.
